8 Laws Of Health
There are 8 laws of health that, when combined effectively, can truly help you begin your journey toward healing and maintaining a strong, vibrant, and healthy lifestyle. Those laws are essential to us as humans to maintain a healthier body. I understand that most, if not all, people have health issues they've likely been trying to address for quite some time without seeing much improvement. Or perhaps you find yourself in the frustrating position of being a medical mystery. In fact, my doctors used to actually use that label for me, leaving me feeling lost and unheard in the healthcare system. I want to give you, more than I had.
I am going to list them in this concise blog post, going into detail and providing specific examples of each principle in other blogs. My goal is to help you gain a clearer and deeper understanding of why, when combined, these principles can transform your health. They have the power to support healing that extends beyond just your physical body, improving your overall well-being in profound ways.
The way I was taught to remember these principles is by an acronym call ” NEW START,”

2. Exercise
3. Water
4. Sunlight
5.Temperance
6.Air
7. Rest
8. Trust
The amount of control it took for me to not dive into each one right here was immense. I want you to really mull this over, allowing it to deeply resonate and fully soak into your consciousness. This is because I want to emphasize the importance of each of these 8 laws as much as possible. By breaking them down into small, manageable steps and then combining them all together, you will see your health transform and be in absolute tip-top shape before you know it.
