Let’s Talk $hit

Does your $h*t stink? Should It? What could that mean for you? Do you experience dumping or trouble with constipation? Those shouldn’t be treated as just “normal,” yet many doctors only recommend laxatives that can dehydrate you or offer treatments that don’t help at all. Do you struggle with persistent bloating? These ongoing symptoms are signals from your body and can reveal important clues about your overall health. There is a clear root cause to all of this; we just need to put it under a microscope and examine the details. Or honestly, sometimes it’s better to Zoom out and step back to see the broader picture.

I have a few questions for you.

After you poop, Do you feel satisfied?

That should be the feeling your looking for! Feeling as if you emptied your gut, and it feels light, empty.

Are you pooping a lot in one day?

Being Honest, There isn’t a correct answer on how many times a day you should poop. That is totally based on your diet.

Is it loose or watery?Having a slightly watery stool isn’t necessarily a clear sign that something serious is wrong, but it does indicate you may be a bit overhydrated and should slow your fluid intake. Persistently loose stools can lead to inadequate nourishment by diluting the vitamins and minerals your body is trying to absorb, so it's wise to monitor symptoms and adjust hydration and diet accordingly.

Is it hard to pass?

Your stomach can hold up to 35lbs of poop at one time. If you are not one that tries to detox or make sure you get enough fiber in your diet to slow down the amount that can get stuck in your intestines, imagine why you are backed up. You are Completely full of crap. It also means you are not absorbing nutrients properly, and your water is not the water you think it is. Be aware of what you put into yourself.

These questions should help you decide how best to take care of yourself through the rest of your busy day. Anywhere you look, you’ll find ways to spot potential issues — but many of them start to clear up once you drink enough truly hydrating water. Not sports drinks, not just plain filtered water, but water that supports electrolytes and proper mineral absorption. That’s essential because your body absorbs minerals through your intestines — your inner skin — and keeping them hydrated helps everything function better.

Poop happens, when it does its never going to be the same each time. So worrying that they are not similar, take that stress away. Take all of the the negative Sh*t out of your head. haha see what I did there.

So, do you want to know why your poop sticks inside you? I have many theories. The diet you have and what is in all that food you choose to consume, with under chewing your food, and hydrating thinking any water will do. Hello, to all you who are asleep out there, most of our food is poisoned so why would you think we would have clean, water that is organically full of electrolytes? In a world without control maybe that could be a thing. In the USA we like to cause havoc to see the chaos, we create money funnels this way. IF you cannot see that maybe you lived where no communication happens. Covid showed the world what really was going on.

Now, I know that a lot of you — especially with the way the world is today and how our food often lacks many of the nutrients we need — have noticed your bowel habits aren’t where you want them to be and your overall health still feels off. I don’t put much stock in whether poop sinks or floats, and color usually doesn’t mean much unless it’s pale or very dry; that’s when I pay attention. I look at a combination of factors. Remember, what we eat strongly influences how our stool looks and behaves. For example, if you’ve been eating a lot of tomato paste or big portions of lasagna, it’s not surprising to have digestive upset. High acidity can cause reflux and even reddish stool in some cases. So don’t panic—pause and think about what you’ve eaten before you panic, incur medical bills, and rush to an ER fearing you have bloody stool.
