Natural Medicine

Whether you believe it or not, there is a remedy for everything. From the big nasty C all the way down to a little cold, remedies and supportive practices can make a real difference. A pill will never be a definitive solution for healing me completely; medicine has strayed away from some of its original purposes. Yes, I’m saying medicine men and traditional healers had insights that modern practice most times overlooks.

Due to FDA restrictions and widespread censorship, many remedies and ideas are not well known or commonly discussed—surprising, yes, but for predictable reasons. People in power often push agendas that serve their own selfish purposes, shaping which stories get attention and which are quietly buried. You may hear hints of these suppressed topics across media if you look closely; algorithms and my own feeds show thousands of videos uploaded every day, so I know the content exists. I like and sometimes share those pieces because they matter. Right now we’re entering a critical chapter in American history, a time when we must defend our freedom to speak our truths. These truths aren’t always the tidy narratives some want to craft for their own gain. Natural ways to improve health are frequently discredited by falsehoods and effectively silenced, preventing them from becoming accepted options for HealthCare. Have you ever heard the phrase “common sense is no longer so common”? I’ve observed patterns that make that feel painfully accurate, especially when it comes to health.

We’ve been psychologically trained to expect instant change. A single pill is supposed to fix all our problems. Especially after just one dose! I emphasize this because the notion that it might actually be true feels utterly absurd and almost impossible to believe.

Bodies work in cycles. Not everything is instant; many processes need time to unfold and be fully processed. For example, pregnancy: growing a human baby takes about nine months for the body to develop and prepare a new life to function outside the womb that nourished it. Caterpillars eat and eat until they cocoon, transforming slowly into butterflies. That image is one of my favorite, beautiful reminders about time—because butterflies, when they finally emerge, are stunning.

When taking in the understanding that bodies work in cycles and still need time to create a full process of change, it is easier to relax and take a moment to understand where you are at on your journey. It would be so much easier if we could do TV magic and be instantly healed however in the long scheme of things, creating long lasting healthy changes need more time.

What created this whole insert was I was reading some books, one I quote Frequently here and anywhere I go, From “Back to Eden” by Jethro Kloss “There is a remedy for everything” we just need to let the body heal in its time frame. Not quite what we imagine it must be. To be honest, if you follow the remedies and trust they’ll work, they will — and the healing process will very likely be faster.

Just understand: usually when we try to rush the process and want the suffering to be over immediately, that impulse comes from our ego comparing our present self to the healed version we imagine or to others around us. The ego can feed jealousy and impatience. So when I tell you to relax, I mean it—let the healing do its work. While it unfolds, take a moment to check your ego, remind yourself that it’s okay to be where you are, and allow compassion for your current pace.
