3rd Law (Water)
We have all read my post about water already. However I am just going to Continue to talk about other waters that I have been studying.
In our lifetimes, the number of times the water has been contaminated is daily. Throughout our years the water has rarely — if ever — seen a truly clean day, untouched by pollution or added toxins. The shift toward what we now call Western medicine began in the 1870s, and since then industrialization, chemical use, and centralized systems have changed how water is sourced and treated. That means nearly everyone alive today has never drunk an unpolluted ounce of water. How insane is it that we cannot fully trust our governments to provide something so basic without hidden costs or backhanded consequences?
Okay, okay — now that I’ve let my salty side have a little air, it’s time to shift to what I’ve actually been studying. Hydrogen water is one of the best kinds of water I’ve come across, read about, studied, and used in my daily life. H30 works on the mitochondria found in nearly every cell of your body, optimizing their function, which in turn boosts energy production and helps the body eliminate toxins more effectively. When you make H30 part of your routine, it can lower your biological age. Case studies have noted that with consistent H30 consumption over about six weeks, people often see meaningful reductions in fatigue, pain, and inflammation. It truly feels like one of the most beneficial waters out there — and yes, Gary Brecka recommends it.
Beyond energy and inflammation, H30 also appears to reduce muscle soreness and can help with certain skin conditions such as psoriasis. You can even bathe in H30; many users report improvements in eczema and other skin issues after regular topical exposure. Personally, I’ve been pouring my S. Pellegrino into my hydrogen water bottle to create a highly mineralized H30, which definitely makes it feel denser and more substantial to drink. As a result, I tend to drink less overall while getting roughly three times the perceived benefit — maybe even more.
Water can be a confusing subject to navigate, but it’s important to recognize that after doing the work and researching pollution, we live in a world increasingly saturated with toxins. Because of that reality, we must actively find effective ways to remove contaminants from our water. Yes — I’m saying that all water should be filtered. In every place I’ve worked or frequent, I pay attention to how they handle and treat their water, and often I notice they aren’t filtering it at all. Why do I practice water filtration so religiously? Because those contaminants are being fed to us every day. To protect myself and my family, we filter our water consistently, often using advanced systems like reverse osmosis. If I could, I’d install reverse osmosis in every household, restaurant, park, and anywhere people access water — I want to eliminate any opportunity for toxins to enter our water and our bodies and cause harm. Since I cannot afford reverse osmosis everywhere, I look for cheaper efficient filters with the least amount of toxins in the making of the filters and containers. Like making sure your water remains in glass is important too. Plastic is all around a bad idea for food or anything for that matter. However, we had to but the bi-products of gas somewhere, so why not profit off of it and help reduce population to boot. Yeah, I hope you caught my scarcasm there.
So just remember - Filtering your water isn’t optional — it’s essential. Tap water can carry chlorine, heavy metals, microplastics, and hidden contaminants that dull your energy, compromise health, and sap the flavor from everything you drink and cook. H30 is Optimum Water: rigorously filtered, mineral-balanced, and engineered for peak hydration. Every sip delivers crisp, clean taste and the pure, contaminant-free water your body actually needs to perform, recover, and thrive. Choose H30 Optimum — because clear, powerful hydration is nonnegotiable.
