4th Law (Sunlight)
I wanted to make a simple get out there and get the sunlight you need Minimal 20 minutes a day type of spiel on you. I usually Meditate and think on the subject and I have. However, my gut is telling me to go a different route today. We will see how this turns out.
So, I am going to give you what the National Institute of Health recommends. The guidelines I share come from health resources I have gathered throughout my many years of extensive research and careful study. Now, I feel I have a different level of knowledge about these topics because of my unique perspective and perception. In this world, I believe I’m needed and can make a meaningful contribution.
Now that I have gotten that off of my chest. The NIH loosely recommends to have you go outside 5-30 minutes. Being in the sun with no sunscreen is recommended. They In their words say a few times a week. Why its so loose I’m not sure.
So, what I am going to tell you is something you all already know. You know the basics — the sun kills germs, and going outside to feel sunlight and breathe fresh air benefits your body and mind. Yes, I understand that much of our world is plagued by smog and pollution; I moved from Utah to another state because of lung problems, on the advice of my respiratory doctor. I use an app to check pollution levels and smog so I can avoid breathing in harmful airborne particles. I know it’s difficult for many people to find truly clean air. However, here’s the point I want to make: if you stay inside believing the air is automatically better, you’re mistaken. Even with air purifiers and other devices, indoor air can be stagnant and contaminated. Think about it this way: your house is enclosed to protect you from the outside, but that enclosure also blocks fresh air from circulating in. Simply cracking a window doesn’t fully solve the problem either. You need to be outside in the moment taking in and being grateful . I say be grateful now because you will understand in another blog I will post. Healing is not just your physical. I say that because Healing requires all 3, mind, body, and Soul to be in balance for healing to truly happen. That doesn’t mean we all act like Buddha and pretend we are enlightened. This means your soul is not tied to trauma ,or negativity. You learn how to balance out your mind. This intern gives your Soul the balance it needs to maintain alignment, which aids in your physical healing.
I go outside, and in my mind I am thinking, thank you sun for giving me the warm light and comforting heat to help banish germs and sweep away negativity. Yes, I do this! I am a grateful, thankful person.
Sunlight naturally lowers your blood pressure. How, you may ask? Through increased nitric oxide production, of course — a process that supports both cardiovascular health and clearer mental well-being. Which means it helps aid in fighting off infections you may have in your body.
For me It needs to be non negotiable for my health. I must have sunlight daily. I’ve noticed on days that I’m am a bit more weak than others its a struggle to get outside. However pushing yourself just a little bit is good for you. It will help you make a habit that will become your favorite time. Think of it of as your ”me” time.
I wanted to mention that even on cloudy days when the sun isn't visible, you should still go outside. You'll still benefit from natural light and vitamin D exposure, and at the very least you’ll get the fresh air and movement needed to support your best possible health.
So We now have started our nutrition, and created our exercise routine, We are drinking the GOOD water. Now we are absorbing in Sunlight. That right there keeping all of these things in your daily routines, I can guarantee you WILL see improvement in your health.
I want to be honest with you: the other reason it's non-negotiable for me is that before I gained all this knowledge, I was taught—through the habits and routines of hospitals—that lying in bed is supposed to be healing. Yes, rest is important, and recovery often requires downtime, but it isn't the only thing you need to do to become healthy or to maintain good health. Movement, nutrition, mental care, and purposeful activity all play essential roles alongside appropriate rest.
