5 Daily habits to help your Gut Health
I know this isn’t the very first time you’ve come across advice about forming good habits. Sure, those habits are indeed beneficial and widely recognized. But today, I’m going to share with you my personal tips and insights based on my own real-life experience, rather than repeating the generic advice you often find in textbooks.
Find a good Pre and pro biotic. start with taking those first thing with Milk in the morning.
The milk I use is goat milk or organic whole milk. (DONT FORGET TO READ THOSE LABELS)
remove un-natural sugars from your morning.
Sugar Cereal, sugar added to coffee. Only sugar you should eat in the morning is fruit with protein. I like cottage cheese the most.
If your are doing this for Cancer purposes, I add flax seed oil or flax seed with cottage cheese(budwig Protocol) with some fruit on top. IF you do not like cottage cheese, I Recommend organic greek yogurt. It has more probiotics that help boost what you take in the morning.
Eat Fermented foods. These foods like Sauerkraut, kimchi and Kombuchas are rich in vitamins and minerals that help maintain a healthy gut.
Eat more Fiber in your diet. That means Dark Green Veggies. OR what I do when I’m in a hurry. Chia rinse. I make me a chia seed with warm water and lemon. My fav is to add it to bone broth. Bone broth is good for your gut and keeps your skin glowing beautiful.
Drink Mineral water as much as you can. Its aids in digestion,support bone and liver health. It helps keep you hydrated.
