Things to Consider
As I sit here, typing and explaining things to you, I want you to understand that everything I recommend involves dedication, hard work, and consistent effort. It’s not just advice thrown around lightly; it’s the result of intentional choices and commitment. Take a moment to reflect on why I created my website, a space dedicated to health and wellness. What motivated me to push through challenges and work tirelessly on improving myself? It’s a story of perseverance, self-discovery, and a passion to help others transform their lives just as I am doing.
I'm not here to brag. I'm sharing what I've learned from my experience. Becoming a better you takes hard work. I was very sick and overweight, living a typical American lifestyle. I struggled with treatments and medications. One day, I asked myself if I even wanted to live or be with my three kids and family. I had problems with my family because of my past mistakes. But by facing and healing my deepest issues, I've gained new perspectives.
Consider that you are actually part of your problem. Reflect on the fact that what we have learned about health is often distorted—shaped by psychological manipulation using half-truths and outright lies. I have lived through this firsthand. I have witnessed it and can tell you from my own experience that this kind of misinformation happens on a daily basis. What truly frustrates me is that some doctors refuse to question or think critically; instead, they merely recite what they've been taught to memorize, blindly following textbooks rather than treating individuals holistically, or even logically. A significant number of medical malpractice cases occur precisely because of this rigid adherence to outdated or incomplete information, rather than real understanding and personalized care.
Consider this. We have been trained from a young age. Unknowingly. Through Tv, through movies, through our Celebrities. I could go deeper into a rabbit hole here. However I won’t. Give your mind a chance to think for itself and not what others think. .You have that ability to decern it. Most people are afraid to use that ability fully. Due to fear.
Consider this carefully. From a very young age, we have been conditioned without even realizing it. Unknowingly, this training comes through the constant exposure to TV, movies, and our beloved celebrities. I could easily dive deeper into this complex rabbit hole of influence, but I won’t overwhelm you right now. Instead, I challenge you to give your mind the rare opportunity to think independently, rather than simply adopting what others believe or expect. You absolutely have the power and ability to discern what resonates with your true self. Yet, most people shy away from using this power to its fullest because of fear—fear of judgment, fear of failure, or fear of stepping outside the norm. Don’t let fear hold you back.
I want you to consider this more than anything else I’ve said today. Truly take a moment to realize that you are exactly what you need to make it through everything life throws at you. You are the coach you need to push forward. You are the support system you need to lean on. You hold within you the knowledge and strength required to overcome any challenge. You, and only you, are exactly what you need in this moment. No one else can truly understand what’s happening physically and mentally inside of you. You possess the unique capability to recognize it all. So, give yourself permission to trust in yourself just a little bit more each day.
